- Make a marinade of red wine, tomato paste, ketchup, ginger, glutamate or fondor, oregano, cayenne pepper and salt and mix everything together well.
- Let the washed and drained steaks marinate in it for three hours.
- Remove from the marinade, drain well and carefully place in a hot grill pan. Fry briefly on both sides.
- Now pour the marinade sideways into the pan; it makes our sauce.
- Arrange the steaks on a preheated plate and pour a little sauce over them, pour the rest into a sauce boat and serve with the steaks.
- I serve it, in addition to french fries or croquettes,
- also like rice or mashed potatoes.
- Be sure to serve a mixed salad with it.
