Cut the beef into fine strips. Cut the skinned tomatoes, cucumber and onion into fine cubes. Peel the garlic clove and rub it in a pan, heat the clarified butter in it. Fry the meat strips in it, season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm in the preheated oven.
