- Rub the schnitzel with salt and pepper, then cut into narrow strips. Skin and slice the tomatoes, halve the mushrooms. Dice the ham.
- Put half of the ham cubes, the schnitzel strips, tomatoes, mushrooms and the remaining ham in the Römertopf.
- Mix the cream with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil and tomato ketchup and pour over it. Cover with flakes of butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cook in a closed pot at 250 degrees for 90 minutes.
- Rice and a green salad go well with this.
