  • 4 pork schnitzel

  • 200 g cream

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ basil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 40 g butter
  • 70 g cheese

Instructions

  1. Rub the schnitzel with salt and pepper, then cut into narrow strips. Skin and slice the tomatoes, halve the mushrooms. Dice the ham.
  2. Put half of the ham cubes, the schnitzel strips, tomatoes, mushrooms and the remaining ham in the Römertopf.
  3. Mix the cream with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil and tomato ketchup and pour over it. Cover with flakes of butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Cook in a closed pot at 250 degrees for 90 minutes.
  5. Rice and a green salad go well with this.
