Sear the sliced chicken in a pan and cook. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and spring onions. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and the spring onions into thin rings.
Take the meat out of the pan and fry the spring onions in the roasting tray and sauté with a little water. Add the mushroom slices and sauté.
Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste and extend with the milk. If necessary, thicken with a little sauce thickener.
Fold in the meat and season to taste. Meanwhile cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente.
