- Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Cut the schnitzel into strips.
- Fry the meat and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and remove.
- For the sauce, deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil briefly and reduce for approx. 5 minutes.
- Dice the cheese and let half of it melt in the sauce. Thicken with a little roux. Put the meat and broccoli in the sauce and let it steep a little.
- Put everything in an ovenproof dish, spread the rest of the cheese over it and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 225 degrees.
- We have the dish with ribbon noodles. But also works with rice.
