Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 3 pork schnitzel
  • 100 g cream
  • 50 g Goronzola
  • Fat or oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Cut the schnitzel into strips.
  2. Fry the meat and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and remove.
  3. For the sauce, deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil briefly and reduce for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Dice the cheese and let half of it melt in the sauce. Thicken with a little roux. Put the meat and broccoli in the sauce and let it steep a little.
  5. Put everything in an ovenproof dish, spread the rest of the cheese over it and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 225 degrees.
  6. We have the dish with ribbon noodles. But also works with rice.
