- 1 cup cream cheese (brunch)
- 1 packet cherry tomato (s)
- 1 half onion (s)
- 1 half bell pepper (s), red
- 250 g turkey meat, sliced
- 1 sachet rice
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, dried

- First cut the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the half onion into rings. Cut half the bell pepper into small, bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper the sliced meat, fry in oil and, as soon as the pieces of meat are golden brown, add the tomatoes, onions and peppers.
- After roasting briefly, add the cream cheese and mix well. If you like, you can add a little more water to make it a little more liquid. Cook the rice so that it is done at the same time as the fried one.
- Season to taste with herbs and serve hot.
