  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 shot red wine
  • 100 ml milk
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey breast into pieces. Fry brown all over in hot oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and fry a little. Deglaze with broth and red wine. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add milk and let it reduce slightly. Season to taste with the spices. Possibly bind with a little cornstarch. Finished!
