  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 250 ml white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Soup Spice (Vegeta)

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into narrow strips. Clean the mushrooms dry, cut into slices. Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the turkey and sauté briefly.
  2. Deglaze with white wine and add a little water if necessary. Add the soup seasoning and marjoram and reduce for about 15 minutes.
  3. Finally mix the sour cream with the flour and stir into the shredded meat. Bring to the boil again briefly, season with salt and pepper.
  4. If you prefer more meat than sauce, you can vary the quantities here as you like.
  5. As a side dish, it goes well with: spaetzle, noodles and rice
