Ingredients

  • 200 g turkey fillet (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly curry powder

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat finely. Cut the onion into small cubes. Then fry the meat with the onions. Separately, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry these also briefly. Mix both and deglaze the whole thing with the cream. Salt, pepper.
  2. I still season the dish with a little curry, but that`s a matter of taste.
