  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 400 g tomato (s), ripe
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Because it`s a quick recipe to preheat the oven directly to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the turkey meat into 1-1 / 2 cm thick slices and set aside. Also cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Chop the parsley and grate the parmesan. The baking dish is greased and a row of turkey, tomato and mozzarella alternate between layers, like a scale pattern. Pepper and salt over then the parsley on top. Finally, sprinkle the parmesan over the top and put a few flakes of butter on top.
  3. Baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
