Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry well.
Chop red and green peppers and onions in the Speedy or cut them as small as possible.
Add the cream to the meat, add the chopped peppers and onions. Then carefully season with mustard, honey and dill and let everything simmer for about 30 minutes, in a closed saucepan over low heat. Season again to taste.
