Instructions
Cut the turkey breast fillet into pieces and the red onions into half rings. Fry both together in a higher pan. Seasoning to taste. Deglaze with the white wine and cognac and bring to the boil. Finally pour in the cream and let it thicken a little.
I serve it with noodles tossed in butter.
