Cut turkey fillet into strips. Drain the mushrooms. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the oil. Fry the meat in portions, season with salt and pepper. Put the whole meat back into the pot, add the onions and sauté with it. Deglaze with the cream and stock and bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms, cheese and wine and heat. Season to taste with curry and garlic salt. If you like it spicier, you can stir in a little more sambal oelek.
Rice tastes good with it. Fresh bread can also be served as a party pot.
