Cut the turkey breast into strips, dice the onion, cut the mushrooms into quarters and mash the garlic. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the meat onion cubes and mushroom quarters for 7 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Add the stock and milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener and season again with salt and pepper.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sliced turkey.
