Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a large bottle. Let the bottle stand for at least 3 - 4 months. You can also let the mixture stand longer. The more intense the aroma becomes.
  2. Strain the liquid and strain the fruit and vanilla pod through a fine cloth. Pour the liqueur into a decorative bottle and label it.
  3. Serving suggestion: Like any spirit, sloe liqueur tastes best well chilled. It is served in a chilled liqueur glass.
