Ingredients
- 200 g sloes (blackthorn berries)
- 200 g rock suar, brown
- 1 vanilla pod (bourbon vanilla)
- 700 ml grain

- Pour all ingredients into a large bottle. Let the bottle stand for at least 3 - 4 months. You can also let the mixture stand longer. The more intense the aroma becomes.
- Strain the liquid and strain the fruit and vanilla pod through a fine cloth. Pour the liqueur into a decorative bottle and label it.
- Serving suggestion: Like any spirit, sloe liqueur tastes best well chilled. It is served in a chilled liqueur glass.
