Ingredients

  • 300 g sloes, well matured
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 orange (peel) thinly peeled
  • 12 clove (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ vodka
  • 250 g suar (rock candy)

Instructions

  1. Pierce the sloes with a needle and put them in the freezer overnight so that the bitter taste disappears. Place still frozen in a glass with the other ingredients and shake well. Place by a window near a radiator for 6 weeks. Shake it up from time to time. Pour through a coffee filter and fill into small bottles. Store in a cool place. Sloe liqueur should be served well chilled.
