Ingredients
- 200 g sloes, ripe (harvested after the first frost)
- 150 g suar (rock candy), white
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 bottle schnapps (grain)

- Wash the sloes well and put them in a bottle with the rock candy. Then slit the vanilla stick and add it. Pour grain over everything. Cork the bottle and let it stand for at least 2 months.
- Then, if desired, filter the liqueur into a liqueur bottle.
- Tip: instead of grain, try vodka - it tastes much softer and milder.
