Instructions

  1. Wash the sloes well and put them in a bottle with the rock candy. Then slit the vanilla stick and add it. Pour grain over everything. Cork the bottle and let it stand for at least 2 months.
  2. Then, if desired, filter the liqueur into a liqueur bottle.
  3. Tip: instead of grain, try vodka - it tastes much softer and milder.
