Instructions

Mix and knead the flour, baking powder and gingerbread spice. Add the almonds, orange peel, raisins and the still liquid 150 g butter. Knead everything until smooth.

  3. Divide the dough into 3 portions and form 3 stollen out of them. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush each with a little of the melted butter. If you flour the baking sheet around the cleats, they don`t widen too much. Bake for about 30 minutes.
