Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, preferably with the help of a cucumber slicer. Rinse the potato slices with cold water, drain and mix in a bowl with the herbs, half of the butter and salt. Put the potatoes in a muffin tin. Press everything together well and then drizzle with the remaining butter.
  2. Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
