Instructions

  1. In a saucepan on a mild fire, melt the chocolate with the butter, stir until smooth and remove from the fire!
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns whitish!
  3. Add the 40 grams of flour and then slowly add the cooled chocolate. mix everything well!
  4. Butter 6 ovenproof dishes (or ovenproof cups), dust with flour and pour in the mixture!
  5. Now put everything in the cold for at least an hour!
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 °, place the molds in the oven for 10 minutes (then the middle is still a little liquid), let it cool and serve lukewarm!
