- In a saucepan on a mild fire, melt the chocolate with the butter, stir until smooth and remove from the fire!
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns whitish!
- Add the 40 grams of flour and then slowly add the cooled chocolate. mix everything well!
- Butter 6 ovenproof dishes (or ovenproof cups), dust with flour and pour in the mixture!
- Now put everything in the cold for at least an hour!
- Preheat the oven to 200 °, place the molds in the oven for 10 minutes (then the middle is still a little liquid), let it cool and serve lukewarm!
