Line the molds with baking paper. Dice the chorizo, fry briefly and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème légère until frothy. Stir in the flour. Add the milk, cheese, chorizo and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on the prepared molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden yellow.
