- 200 g chorizo
- 100 g cheese, (Mancheo)
- 4 egg (s)
- 150 g crème léère
- 90 g wheat flour
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- salt
- pepper

- Six molds are required.
- Line the molds with baking paper. Dice the chorizo, fry briefly and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème légère until frothy. Stir in the flour. Add the milk, cheese, chorizo and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden yellow.
