  • 500 g chorizo
  • 1 small Head broccoli
  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Brush an ovenproof baking dish with oil. Peel and cut the potatoes into eighths and place in the pan. Mix a little so that each potato gets oil. Season with a little salt if you like. Divide the broccoli into small florets and add to the potatoes in the pan. Cut the carrots and onions into small pieces and put them in the mold as well.
  3. Cut the chorizo lengthways once, then cut both strips lengthways again and then cut everything into thin strips.
  4. Also put the chorizo in the mold, press 3 cloves of garlic over it and stir everything again thoroughly. Put the tin in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  5. Additional seasoning is not necessary thanks to the chorizo.
