Ingredients
- 1 paprika sausage (chorizo)
- 600 g potato (s), waxy
- 300 g carrot (s)
- Salt water
- 3 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 zucchini
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- Paprika powder, hot pink
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 packet feta cheese

- Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Also peel the carrots and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Cook the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 5 - 10 minutes, then drain well and allow to cool.
- Cut the chorizo into cubes, the onion into rings and the bell pepper into wedges. Dice the zucchini as well.
- Fry the sausage in a little olive oil. Squeeze the garlic. Then add the remaining vegetables to the pan. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper (be a little more economical with the pepper). Add a little paprika powder (hot as rose) and season strongly with sweet paprika. It has to turn a nice red color and the oil has to be reddish too.
- Let the vegetables fry until they take on some color. Possibly add seasoning (depending on your taste). Dice the feta cheese and add it to the pan as well. Put a lid on and let the feta cheese melt a little. Baguette tastes good with it.
