First, boil the potatoes in salted water. Boiled potatoes from the day before are ideal. If freshly cooked potatoes are used, let the potatoes cool down a little.
Fry the smoked pork in a pan and season lightly with pepper.
Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and briefly blanch. Then cut the onions into cubes, fry them in a little oil and add the broccoli. Now add a little salt. Then a little water is added and the broccoli is left to steam a little until the water is gone.
Then layer the fried smoked pork chops in a baking dish, alternating with the steamed broccoli and the potatoes.
Now heat the cream and dissolve the processed cheese in it. Season the cream cheese sauce with a little pepper, salt and nutmeg and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Then the grated cheese is sprinkled over it and everything is baked in the oven.
