Instructions

  1. Cook the meat with the spices, onion and garlic in plenty of water until soft.
  2. For the horseradish sauce, make a light roux from flour and butter. This is topped up with 1 liter of cooking broth and boiled. Then simmer for 20 minutes. Add the grated horseradish. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice and sugar.
  3. I recommend dumplings as a side dish.
