Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and blanch in a little boiling water.
  2. Steam the finely chopped onion in hot oil until translucent. Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes. Now add the cream and melt the cheese in it. Depending on the desired consistency of the sauce, either add a little more cheese or stretch it with a little vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper and add the smoked salmon cut into pieces.
  3. Arrange on plates with the pasta and serve.
