Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until soft (approx. 4 minutes), then quench. Roast the toast slices light brown on both sides and brush with a little butter. Preheat a small Teflon pan and fry the smoked salmon on one side for 30 seconds. Don`t turn around! Place the salmon on the toast, spoon creme fraiche over it and place the peeled, soft eggs on top. Garnish with chives and season with salt and pepper.
