Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the tofu, tomato and zucchini into small pieces.
Now put the oil in the pan, let it get hot and add the tofu. Now put the garlic in the pan using a garlic press. Fry everything briefly. In the meantime, mix the tomato paste with a little water, vegetable stock and herbs in a small cup.
