Ingredients
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 1 sachet rice or 2 port. loose rice
- Salt water
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- some water
- 1 handful herbs (parsley, dill, chervil, chives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the tofu, tomato and zucchini into small pieces.
- Now put the oil in the pan, let it get hot and add the tofu. Now put the garlic in the pan using a garlic press. Fry everything briefly. In the meantime, mix the tomato paste with a little water, vegetable stock and herbs in a small cup.
- Now add the tomato and zucchini to the pan and continue steaming everything. Just before the rice is ready, add the contents of the cup to the pan, add a little salt and pepper and heat everything in the pan until the rice is ready.
