Ingredients
- 1 pack smoked tofu
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 2 bell peppers, yellow and green
- 125 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Garlic powder
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon parmesan

- Cut the tofu into cubes. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the Italian herbs, a little salt and pepper and paprika powder, then put the tofu in it. Finely chop the onions. Cut the spring onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
- First sweat the onions, spring onions and pepper pieces in the remaining olive oil for about 8 minutes. Then add the tofu and fry for about 3 minutes. Finally add the cocktail tomatoes and the canned tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 2 minutes. Mix the parmesan into the sauce and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- This goes well with pasta, gnocchi, millet, rice and other cereals.
