- 200 g smoked tofu
- 60 g cashew nuts
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 broccoli
- 5 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, vegan
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- sesame

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Cut the vegetables and smoked tofu into bite-sized pieces and mix together with the cashew nuts, teriyaki sauce and oil in a large bowl.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for approx. 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and begin to turn lightly brown. Turn everything once in between. Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
