Ingredients

  • 110 g tofu, natural
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 1 some salt and pepper
  • 170 g veetables your choice, cut
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into 3 x 3 cm pieces and fry in the oil until it turns golden brown. Deglaze with the soy sauce and remove from the pan, keep warm.
  2. Now toss the vegetables in the hot pan and deglaze with a little broth. Serve warm with 1 slice of crispbread and the tofu (add any remaining gravy).
