Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the vegetables and smoked tofu into bite-sized pieces and mix together with the cashew nuts, teriyaki sauce and oil in a large bowl.
  3. Place on the baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for approx. 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked and begin to turn lightly brown. Turn everything once in between. Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds.
