Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes. Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the Italian herbs, a little salt and pepper and paprika powder, then put the tofu in it. Finely chop the onions. Cut the spring onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. First sweat the onions, spring onions and pepper pieces in the remaining olive oil for about 8 minutes. Then add the tofu and fry for about 3 minutes. Finally add the cocktail tomatoes and the canned tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 2 minutes. Mix the parmesan into the sauce and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. This goes well with pasta, gnocchi, millet, rice and other cereals.
