Smoked Trout with Lime Marinade

Instructions
Lay out the trout fillets on a deep plate.
Wash the lime with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Mix the zest and juice with the white wine. Wash the onions and cut into fine rings. Mix with the marinade and spread over the fillets. Let it steep for at least 1/2 hour.
Serve best with fresh baguette.
