Cut the lettuce into fine strips. Dice the apple with the skin into small pieces. Cut the bacon into strips approx. 1 cm wide.
Fry the bacon in the hot pan without fat. When the bacon is crispy, add the onions, apples and lettuce and fry. Then add the cream and crème fraîche, season with pepper, nutmeg and salt.
When the apple cubes are cooked but still have a bite, remove the pan from the heat and place the vegetables on two plates. Rub over the parmesan with the peeler.
A briefly fried piece of meat or fish goes well with it.
