Mix all ingredients (except for the icing sugar, which is needed for garnishing) with the hand mixer and knead into a smooth dough. Now shape small balls about 2 cm in diameter by hand. Then press a fork deep into the balls to create a pattern.
Now bake the cookies at about 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Roll it in powdered sugar while it is still warm.
Snow cookies belong in the biscuit tin, are nice and crumbly and melt on the tongue.
