Instructions
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Chill for an hour. Then shape the dough into a roll and cut into even slices. Shape the slices into balls and flatten them with a floured fork. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at about 175 °.
Makes about 100 pieces
