Peel the oranges all around with the knife and remove the fillets from the skins.
Squeeze out the rest of the orange by hand. Add orange juice to the juice and heat it in a saucepan with the sugar and simmer a little.
Then bind with 1 teaspoon of mixed corn starch and allow to cool. Add the Grand Manier and a splash of lemon juice to the lukewarm orange cream and stir.
