Instructions

  1. Pour the water into an appropriately sized glass with a lid, dissolve the salt in it and add the lightly beaten eggs. Let it steep for about 1 week.
  2. After the opening time, peel the egg, cut in half, remove the egg yolk, mix with mustard, oil and possibly Maggi to taste. Pour the mixture into the halves of the egg (perhaps with a piping bag) and serve.
