Cut the sausage and onions into thin slices, fry both with oil in a saucepan, cut the pickles into thin slices and add, fill up with both glasses of Letscho, simmer a little, then add the sauerkraut (if there is juice, drain off beforehand), about 1/2 Cook for an hour, season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Arrange on plates and, depending on your taste, add a dash of condensed milk!
