Cut the leftover meat into small pieces and fry in oil in a pan. Add the salami and continue frying. Add the onions to the saucepan and fry until the onions are translucent. Add a little water if necessary.
Stir in the diced peppers, tomato paste and crushed garlic one after the other and simmer. Add the finely chopped cucumber, a dash of cucumber water and the spices. Pour 1 liter of water on top. Stir in the broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
