Instructions

  1. Mix the liquid chocolate with the butter. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar until a really solid snow is formed. Fold the egg whites and cocoa powder into the chocolate, fill into 4 buttered molds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes.
