Instructions
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, put away.
Mix butter with egg yolk until frothy, stir in milk and flour. Finally fold in the snow. Shape dumplings with the help of a teaspoon and place in the boiling broth. Let the dumplings simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
