Ingredients

• 250 g mascarpone
• 150 g quark
• 100 g cream, (whip)
• 50 grams sugar
• 2 vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoon liqueur, (cherry liqueur)
• 1 glass sour cherries, (drain well)
• 1 bag biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
• 1 bag chocolate, (puff chocolate)

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon and cherry liqueur together.
2. If children also eat dessert, 1 packet of Finesse Amaretto and Bitter Almond Flavor can be used instead of the cherry water.
3. (Mascarpone can be replaced with sour cream or quark).
4. Now alternate (glass bowl, because it looks nice) as 1st the cream, then a layer of cherries, then a layer of amarettinis, to finish it off, it looks nice when amarettinis finish as the top layer.
5. Dessert can be prepared the evening before.
